Gallberry Honey

Gallberry, a native Florida flavor, is great for artisan breads, savory dishes, and fermenting. This distinctive, amber-hued honey will not disappoint. 

Each jar is hand bottled in Brevard County, preserving the unique blooms of Florida. 

Our honey is non-pasteurized. This practice preserves the nutrients naturally found in honey. We do not use any additives and can ensure you receive only the purest product. 

We only package in glass jars because glass does not alter the flavor like plastics as they can oxidize the honey. Our jars can be warmed if crystallized, and reused time and time again.
